Career Highlights

Prior to joining Golan & Christie in 2001, David was with Katten Muchin Zavis, where he made partner in 1988 in the litigation department. He started his career as an associate with the antitrust/white collar boutique firm of Betar & Petit.

David has represented Fortune 500 corporations, publicly traded and privately held corporations, partnerships, LLCs, and individuals in a wide range of disputes including trade secrets, restrictive covenants, insurance, class actions, fraud, breach of contract, RICO, product liability, real estate and other complex business litigation matters.
